MintConcrete was founded in 2023 by Shehzad Saif — but the story behind it goes back much further.
In 1969, my father arrived in Dubai, long before the skyline existed. The UAE became our home, and over the decades, it shaped who we are and how we work. This country isn’t just where we do business — it’s where we belong, and where we’re building for the long term.
My own journey into this craft began in 2010, working within a family business that gave me a hands-on education in surfaces, materials, and finishes long before MintConcrete existed. That grounding — years of learning the trade from the ground up — is what MintConcrete is built on.
Starting from scratch in 2023, we’ve chosen to grow deliberately rather than fast. Every project is an opportunity to get it right, not just get it done. That approach has earned us the trust of partners like Bauwerk, Ideal Works, Forcrete, Cemher, and Colortek — relationships that give us access to some of the finest materials in the industry, and the technical backing to use them properly.
While we’re based in the UAE, our work has traveled — with projects completed across Africa, Kuwait, Qatar, and Saudi Arabia. Wherever the project is, our standard doesn’t change.
